The rapitest® Water Check Sticks take the guesswork out of watering and helps you avoid killing your plants!  Plants have different watering requirements.  Some like plenty of water, with the soil continuously moist.  Others need only a little water and prefer the soil to dry out between watering.  Water Check takes these differences into account.  The depth to which Water Check Sticks are inserted into the soil depends on the type of plant.  For those plants which like wet conditions, the Water Check Stick is left just below the surface.  For those which prefer dry conditions, it is pushed deeper.

How to Use the Water Check Sticks

1. Push the Water Check Stick into the soil about halfway between the plant and the edge of the pot.
2. Water the plant thoroughly
3. The indicator strip will change from white to green!
4. Leave the stick in place to monitor the moisture of the soil
5. As the soil dries out, the indicator strip will slowly change from green to white
6. When the strip changes to white, the plants should be watered.
