We do our best to offer high quality shipping and fast service. Most orders are processed daily and shipped the next business day. Most orders placed over the weekend are shipped out on Monday. Please allow an extra day or two for bulk orders. There are exceptions to this policy including items that were under stocked at the time of your order. Our shopping cart software attempts to warn you about any items that have insufficient stock and that may delay your order. However, our stock calculations may not be 100% accurate because we may have multiple orders being placed at the same time. If there is a delay with your order, we will attempt to notify you via email.

We use real time calculations based on the destination and weight of items to determine the shipping rate. During checkout, we offer you a variety of shipping methods and choices. Occasionally, although rarely, the calculated shipping price could be wrong due to server error, connection problems, or other errors. We reserve the right to correct any such mistake.

We recycle! When possible, we securely pack your order using recycled boxes, packing peanuts, and newspapers. If we do not have enough of these materials to reuse, then we will purchase biodegradable packing materials and materials made from recycled products if possible. This helps us keep shipping costs low while also helping the environment.
